At CityLife Church, our primary focus is on one thing above all else: Jesus Christ. We are a vibrant family composed of individuals from across the globe who have found both a spiritual home in Jesus and a communal home with each other. We invite you to join us as we Find Home, Encounter Jesus and Pursue Gospel Change Together in Jersey City.
Where We Come From
CityLife Church was founded in 2013, born out of a vision and deep affection for Jersey City. Over the years, we have welcomed numerous individuals who have joined us on our journey. In pursuit of our mission, we've gathered in diverse locations—from an art gallery and an old church basement to PS16 in Paulus Hook, and now, we share space with the Jersey City Theater Center (JCTC). Our love for the community has led us to establish missional communities across various neighborhoods, continuously expanding our outreach and impact.
Where We're Headed
The bottom line is clear: We aim to create a God-sized impact throughout Jersey City. Our mission is to make disciples—devoted followers of Jesus—who will make more disciples, creating a multiplying effect of faith and transformation. We strive to help people find hope in Jesus Christ and a sense of belonging in our Missional Communities. We are committed to walking together, fully engaged, as we follow Jesus in extending grace, hope, and love to everyone searching for direction.

CityLife Church is affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, a denomination established in New York City with a foundational mission to love and share the Gospel with immigrants arriving by boat.
